The first few paragraphs give an interesting overview of the garden or property but after that it's lots of wordy detail of the garden contents, lists of plants and features. Once made, this election cannot be revoked. The advantage may be contingent or receivable in the future.

Email us Find a place to visit What will you explore today? If the trust is wound up, send us a letter to tell us the wind-up date. Many are also productive, using traditional techniques to grow produce used in restaurants and tea rooms at the property. Historic England and its equivalents in other parts of the United Kingdom are government bodies that perform some functions which overlap with the work of the National Trust.

For estates with a will, the liquidator's role is similar to an executor's. The estate will cease to be a graduated rate estate if it is still in existence at the end of the 36 month period. To maintain its employee trust status, each year the trust has to allocate to its beneficiaries all non-business income for that year, and employer contributions made in the year. If you were really interested in the detail of gardens you'd be more likely to just go than to want to read about the gardens, I feel.
